seen several yesterday for 8$ a hundred,, :eek:little bro called and said they had 13 boxes of 550 for 14$ at walmart,,by the time the wife got there they had 3 boxes left..

Yep and if you guys haven't already better lay in some ML items like 209's.

The ammo situation really is crazy! Luckily we now have the rescue of the American captian to steal the headlines from crazed active shooters! Maybe we can last a bit longer!

I can't even find any bulk 22lr at any walmarts.I ain't see none at the walmarts around me for atlest a year maybe longer. The local gun shop has some 550rnd boxes for $27! Last i checked at walmart they was $13 for 550..BPS has a sale on Bulk 22 for $15 for 550.

The govt sure knows how to stimulate the sale of firearms and shooting accessories. Maybe they should take that same tactic and apply it to everything else and we'll see a big boost else where. It took me 6 weeks to get the stock I ordered for my .308. It was on back order for that long and when I inquired about it, they told me if that I was one of the lucky ones that ordered when I did, because now they are about 8 weeks behind.

It took a long time to find the gun itself. Then 6 weeks backorder on the stock. And now I can't find reloading stuff for it for the same reason. Everything back ordered. While I was up in VA a few weeks ago I had time to go visit a few gun stores. I got lucky and found one that had a box of .308 Remington factory shells for $19. That same box of shells if you can find them around here, would run you $30+. I saw a box of Federals the other day for $50. Even the CCI .22s are running $8 a box for 100.
