I seem to recall u had a Hands Rifle in 30/30 and took several deer with it an 125gr BT.
What was your load? & Did u ever try any of the Barnes TTSX?

it was a 125 nbt over a good charge of varget i recall the speed wasnt that great i will get specifics this eve i wasnt to say 2475 fps

killed at 130 170 and 279 yds with the load

I down loaded some 125 NBT for Ethans 308 that were going maybe 2650 that would just flatten a whitetail,,

i saw that tim gonna load some up for the wife in the .308


but for the slower speed of 30 30 i thing the 125 nbt is a great choice
