CWD / Transporting?

Having a little trouble finding information on transporting deer from Iowa to Tn. I'm not sure if Iowa is an area that animal has to pretty much be processed before it can enter Tn. And what exactly are the requirement before transport if this happens to be one of these location.

The only part of Iowa that is affected is Davis County.

I'm not TWRA, so grain of salt. They want the deer to be packaged & processed to come into the state. If you get a buck, then the skull needs to be cleaned (bone white) before coming into the state. No bone marrow, spinal tissue, or brain matter.
