This new disease has all of us asking questions on how did it get here and why now? It's taken 50 years from when it was first discovered in CO to arrive squarely on our doorstep and hit us like a gut punch. Once all the results are in we will likely have over a hundred positive CWD cases in the CWD zone if the prevalence rate remains true. The news changes everything about deer and deer hunting and yet here it is. We seem helpless to stop it! Those in surrounding counties, here is your wake up call! It's coming to your favorite hunting property soon. Much sooner than you think. In fact, it's likely already there. Sorry to be the bearer of this terrible news.
Surely, a country like the USA could have done something to quarantine this disease before it got here. They had 50 years to do something right? All you have to do is look at the barrier wall and you can see why we can't seem to come together and do something that could benefit our country forever.
Now we have this disease and there's not a d""" thing we can do about it because it's too big.
