In some of the posts about CWD a few have mentioned a few words about possibly outlawing food plots as a congregation spot for deer to infect each other.

Me, on the other hand, see this as a possibility of doing something different. There have been some studies that Alzheimer's as well as Parkinson's may be form of human prion diseases. Parkinson's has had some studies done to show the impact of marijuana in addressing the symptoms. My thoughts are centered around if pot could be planted as a food plot to help address CWD at some point in the future? And NO, I have not been smoking pot before making this post :rotf:

I was one who questioned food plots in the CWD age, but I no longer think they would be much of a problem. As far as planting weed to help with "curing" CWD I'm all for it if it works.

Let your local sheriff know your plans first. Around here it would look like Woodstock on a 2acre food plot.

I'm down, but something tells me I'll be doing different kind of white tail hunting
