Cut the clamps off, inspect the CV shafts and knuckles, make sure you clean them very well, re-grease and install new boot. You will need the special pliers to properly fit the new clamps on, they sell these at autozone and stores like that. I have found over the years it is sometimes cheaper in the long run to replace the whole CV axle assembly as they come with the boots allready installed and no rust/dirt or play in the CV joint.</p></blockquote><p></p>
