Got an email back from a higher up worker at CVA. Try this out guys. Guns sent back, will be cleaned and returned to you at free of cost.

Yes, I do think I can help. Some of the early production of the new redesigned Optima and Wolf design, likely with -10 or -11 serial number suffix, have developed some slight bluing salt bleed out on the hammer and trigger.
If this develops between the trigger and frame it can cause the trigger to stick. Tell your guys when they experience this to push the trigger forward when test cocking the gun (UNLOADED PLEASE).
If the hammer cocks and stays this is more than likely the cause. They can also inspect for a white, powdery residue on the hammer or trigger.
Of course, the gun cant be used in this condition. Usually working some Gun Scrubber or RemClean up into this area followed by a good lube and moving the parts around will free things up.
We recommend, however, that they send the gun in for a good, deep (and free) cleaning even if this does free things up for the hunt. It is important that the owner NOT take the frame apart, we have special jigs here that are needed for reassembly.
The issue was noticed early on and was fixed by changing from a regular bluing bath process to another blackening process.
Hope this helps.
