Just upgraded from my Optima Pro to the Optima Elite package. It came with a 24" .270 barrell and 28" 50 caliber barrell. I am very enthusiastic about this buy with the quality of the Begara barrells and the price tag. I put a 3x9 Nikon Prostafff on the .270 barrell. I will give an update on the accuracy of the Begara barrell in the 50 caliber.

My gosh, you just keep changing stuff, don't you? I thought I was the only one that did that!

Just today I was at the Acadamy Sports in Madison, looking at a CVA Optima Elite in .243. Only $299, but it din't include the ML. I wish in came in either 260 REM or 7mm-08.

Initial range report with the .270 barrel is mixed. The first few groups was sighting in, then had a tight group, then it spread from there and got wild at the end. Will have a better report tommorrow on the .270 Bergara barrel with the Optima Elite.
