CVA Magbolt/Hunterbolt

Anyone remember these guns? I'm not sure what the difference was between them. I first muzzleloader I had was a Magbolt. I traded it off when I got an Optima several years ago because I thought a break down was going to be so much better. For me, I like the Magbolt being like a regular bolt action a lot better. That gun and the Mathews DXT I used to have are about the only two things I wish I hadn't sold/traded off. I keep a look out on gunownersclub every so often to see if one will pop up but they all may be rusted down by now.

I was given one of those awhile back, the breech plug was frozen in place.
I got it loose with heat and persuasion, then ordered a new plug for it. I ended up selling it to a new hunter for $40.

I think it was the same one as you described. CVA buck hunter magnum, maybe?

I have a Magbolt in the safe, bought it new a long time ago, killed several deer with it.
