Cva hunter bolt mag HELP quick

I have a cva hunter bolt mag today after cleaning I fired a primer through it to make sure no solvent was inbreech. When I shot the primer I felt a small sharp blast on my hand not painful but noticeable. I have never felt it before. This is we're I need one of of u guys that have one. I looked at the back of the bolt and there's a whole in it were the hex head slot is right in the center it doesn't looked machined. If somebody can look at there's and see if it has a whole in I would greatly appreciate it.

I just looked at the manual on line and there is supposed to be a bolt cap in there. It stated the bolt cap holds the spring, striker, bolt handle and bolt body together. Without the bolt cap, it says the bolt will come apart.

The part with the hex hole is the bolt cap. I had two of them with that hole and never noticed anything hitting my hand. That is just to remove the bolt cap for cleaning. Can you see daylight through that hole?

primer blow by, that style of rifle allows a ton of primer blow by due to the slotted breech plug to fly out, thats why the bolt area is so filthy after a few shots.

I don't c light through it the whole looks a little jagged. I shot another primer and I think what I felt May be coming from under the bolt were the slot for taking the bolt out is

The hole could be "jaggered" from the previous owner using the allen wrench on it.
