Cutting clover plots?

Do clover plots need to be cut/bushhogged this time of year or should we just wait until the fall. They're pretty high/thick right now. Was just curious.
 
BigAl, yes, now is a good time to mow clover plots. I've already started mowing mine in the last week. Try to mow them high if possible by raising the bushhog. You will normally mow them 2-3 times during the summer/early fall, depending on the amount of rainfall.
 
You want to try to maintain them at 6". You should cut 2 to 4 times depending on your growth rate. It is best to do it close to a rain event, before or after.
