Customer Satisfaction?

Anyone have any dealings with Rocky boots customer service over the past 10 years? I used to buy them exclusively and they were a pretty good boot and comfortable right off the shelf but they started leaking and the soles were falling apart. All I ever got out of customer service was go buy some more. I haven't bought a pair since.

Rocky has a 1 year warranty and you return it to the store. You purchased it at and work with them. Been there done that. Only time Rocky gets involved is if your not getting satisfaction at the dealer you purchased it at. Basically the warranty is worthless and the soles are not nearly as good as Timberland or Lacrossee .

Timberland has the best warranty in the business,

I hear ya. I've got a pair of Rocky Super Brutes 1000 Gram that the soles came apart in big clumps. The warranty was out and I looked into having them resoled but, that was gonna cost about $60.00. I know I can't replace them for that but, I just hate to spend a lot more on them.
