custom rifle help

I recently picked up a remington model 700 long action in 270 for 200$ but the gun although it has not been shot alot the old wood stock is in rough shape and barrel bluing looks bad the gun is not that old but the guy carried in his truck all the time. But it still shoots good and I bought it for a beater rifle sort of a back up (had to rationalize somehow). But I think I want to rebarrel to 25-06 and I have no clue what a barrel would cost could you guys help out with advice

u can get a douglas barrel for round 200.00
an screwed on for under a 100.00
