Custom 280 coming together

Finally getting my custom 280 dialed in that I had built last year. I have a load with 140 Berger VLD's that shoots great in my abolt but this gun just didn't like them. Decided to try a 168 grain Berger classic hunter with 45 grains IMR-4350. This was only at 100 yards but I was thrilled with the start. Gotta load a few more and see what it does at 200.

Shultz precision in Seymour, TN. I had LRI flute the bolt and shroud. Shultz did everything else. This is the first one I've had built so I didn't go too extreme. Really happy with it.

Really a nice looking and great shooting rifle. Congratulations on your work.

We shoot a Venture 280 that loves a 140 gr Accubond on top of 52 gr of IMR4350 (3.365-3.370 COAL) R-P brass Fed 210M primers. 2985 FPS avg..
Same load for NBT's and Partitions.
