Salumi Cured Meats arrived, more to come. Finnochiona, Salumi and one lone mole. This wasted posted by Lazzaroli located next to farmer's mkt in Nashville. Looked up the mole and it looks pretty good. He's by no means cheap, but boar's head salami at Publix ain't too cheap either.

I bought some hard salami there last summer and it was great and expensive.
Have you ever eaten in the hot dog place down the street across from the Germantown Cafe?

Been to Zackies twice and it's good, but for a dog I'll usually go to "hot diggity dog" off of lafayette by the misson.
