OK I bought this cuber - jerky slicer from Academy and Man I love it... I have not used it as a jerky slicer but it works great as a cuber... Country fried steak anyone?

It is on sale at the moment for $80

I purchased a used grinder that came with a tenderizer attachment, not too fond of cubed steak though. The new model can do both cubed steak and jerky, which I would use, but it's too pricy for me to upgrade. I am also not too fond of the foot switch, I just can't get used to it.

I cubed a few pieces, to see how it worked, and it does a great job, but I think I would rather just cut it into fajita strips, but the fam likes cubed steak, so I guess I can always cube some tough cuts of beef for them.

Does it have a bunch of small blades that cut into meat to tenderize or is it a true cuber?
