Crossbow Harvest

I know there is alot of people for and against crossbows.... my opinion, if it is legal, and you enjoy it...do it! I personally LOVE my vertical bow, but also love to see people enjoy the outdoors.... my father and daughter bow hunt because of the crossbow... thought I would share my 11 year old daughters harvest this pass weekend in Ohio:

Yea, I don't get why some folks run crossbows and their operators down so much. I have hunted with both and like the compound much better but the choice is your own to make.

I've always been opposed to crossbows, but not so much now
after seeing the smile on Heather's face...That's a really
nice buck and the experience would have to of been a most
remarkable one...We can add another young hunter to our
list of those who will try to keep hunting an American

Great Deer! Tell her Congrats! I have alot of friends who put down crossbows, but I bought one for my 9 year old son and HE loves it. It also gives him a chance to hunt from the very start of deer season than to wait till juvi or later. They can bad mouth em all they want, but I love our crossbow!
