crappie help

several years ago used to fish for crappie at night. remember catching a lot of crappie. don't remember to set up.A lot has changed. What kind of lights would you recomend using? any help would be appriciated on fishing at night. Thanks

They make a very cheap, floating light. Run it off a car5 battery. Get a couple and fish between them. They will draw bait fish and in turn, big fish. I use to do a lot of night fishing with lights for white bass, crappie and walleye.

Haven't done it in years.

Here's ours. Waterproofed a florescent light and it lights up the water like the 4th of july.

The green 12 " to 24 " works great for crappie. Just be patient and wait on the bait and the fish will come
