They're on their 2-week break now. I remembered today as I drove up to their empty parking lot. :(

Once you get a hankering for Cozy Corner, there's little that can fix it.

I'm game.....I tried to go the other day, but forgot they were headed into their 10-day sabbatical.

No, they don't "need" sauce one bit. But at the Cozy Corner, their sauce is incredibly good. The ribs are cooked "dry style", then sauced before serving. They complement each other very well, as opposed to using the sauce as a cover for not seasoning or smoking the meat.
