Killed these 2 in 15 mins. Had 1 come out really close soon as I turned on call and it acted really skiddish. No shot came back to edge of woods and still no shot then I saw It circle behind me and then I made a shot left call running about 5 mins later had another come out about 70 yards from same place I originally saw first. Used cagie cotton tail and devil hare. Left call running about 10 more mins but didn't see anything else. Really good day. First and only stand for the day.

Looks like you're wearing a suppressor on that bolt gun. How much does it really quieten the muzzle blast?
Not OP or that gun, but my bolt .270 sounds like a .22 mag (at most, more like .22 LR to me) with direct thread 9" Outrider Titanium silencer. I was overly impressed to say the least. That is my ears hearing it from the shooter's perspective. I shot two does (on two different hunts) this season as 50-75 yards and the other does did not spook. They did instantly become more alert and look around. These are wild deer that are hunted on nearby properties, not suburban deer than are accustomed to standing around looking at you. Again, I was impressed to say the least. Small sample size, but cool experiences nonetheless.
