It has been a while since i have been on here, but it is nice to see so many new comers to the sport of predator calling. I have enjoyed doing it for about twenty years, and it seems to get better every year as our predator numbers continue to climb. We have started this year off with a black coyote on the 1st set. My personal goal is a dozen coyotes called in and killed
(amazing how that second part can be the toughest isn't it)for myself and the guys i call for. I will try to post and number each kill and hopefully they will add up quick. If not, it will still be better than sittin in the house. Good luck for all those other callers out there who know there is nothing like hunting an animal that hunts for a livin'. Come on number 2.

I got to kill a couple a does for freezer meat then I'm gonna hit the coyotes hard. I've been seeing a bunch of coyotes by my cows and when I'm deer hunting. Can't wait to get started.

Hey Redblood, I hunt coyotes in your area a lot. Do you do pretty good out there? I don't have enough ground to do well, but just scouted some new ground yesterday.

each farm is different. typically the rougher thicker, nastier, uglier farms are best. we have killed a lot over the years in halls mill, wheel and rover. Flat creek and richmond have been less productive. have had decent luck in chestnut ridge and have done fairly well in the chapel hill area of marshall county of late.

Got the 204 dialed in and will get after them Saturday. Gonna call my cat hole first thing Saturday morning. See if I cant start off the year with a big ol Tom. Then it's off to chase the coyotes. Haven't been out in a while so I am looking forward to letting the Foxpro roll
