I own several of their MP8 and Code Black cams and agree the customer service is top notch. However, I would like to see them enhance the feature set on the MP8 model by adding HD video, a higher burst count, and sound recording. Other cams in the same price range like the Stealth G42 and Browning Dark Ops have passed it by.
