Wow! 2013 MP6 Black with the wire from batteries to box shorted out. Probably pinched it when closing. Who knows?
2015 Mp8 Black with a stuck trigger. When it started it never quit.
Mailed it to them last Thursday and received new ones yesterday.

All camera companies have customer issues from time to time. Its how they handle the problems that separate the winners from the losers.

Coverts, for sure the winners for me.
