This was top sown into the thatch and weeds in late August. I planted daikon radish, collards, mustard greens, berseem clover, and crimson clover. The clovers lost the race but are hanging out underneath. I've picked several messes of greens already and can't tell where I've been the next day. By the way, this hasn't had any fertilizer since the summer crop.

looks really good mick. im late this year due to being really busy but gonna get it done this week, shorter days dont help any. im thinking winter wheat and austrian winter pea this year since im late but it should do ok maybe.

i dont grow greens anymore. the next door neighbor has a 2 acre food plot with daikon and turnips and he gives me more than i can eat lol. those daikons are pretty good to eat too. i stir fry them or add them in a post roast and they are pretty good pickled.

1 on each hand, but I can't take much credit for good timing and good weather. I don't "farm" my garden any harder than necessary and let the plants, soil, worms, and microbes do their thing.
