30 inch gong been shot a bunch and is really no fun after you get zeroed,,got a 15 and 10 inch to go with it and hung them this morning,,

the way the wind swirls through the low gap the 10" is no chip shot,,

tried to get pics through my spotting scope

1,000 yards

When shooting the smaller gong you cover the white, that means you are on, no white showing, and squeeze off a round?

8-32 Sightron SIII MOA-2 reticle 1/8th moa center dot,,,Leupold M8 24x with xtra fine target crosshair probably 1/16th moa stadia,,

If you're able to consistently ring a 10" gong @ 1K yards, that's one heck of a rifle/shooter. That's a perfect score in FTR circles and is tough to perform for a 20-shot relay.

I laugh when folks think that b/c they can hold < .5MOA @ 100 yards, they think it translates at 1K.

I shot 20 rounds the other day and hit 5 missed 2 hit 3 missed 3 hit 3 missed 4,,that was in good conditions,,I have seen it hard to stay on the 30 inch gong with a 1/4 minute capable rifle,,
