If you are deer hunting area includes more than one county, how do you apply the rules when there a difference? Is it the county you are physically sitting in, the county the deer is/was when you shot, the county where the deer is recovered?

If you are that close to where regulations change, you need to be asking the question to the county wildlife officers that would be enforcing the regulations to get their input. You can get in touch with them through the regional office (s).
