I am anxious for next season. I've never been one to set goals with hunting, but I've got a couple for this season. I want to kill a deer opening weekend. Also hope to take a decent buck off public land. Hope to start scouting on Sunday.
 
Heck no it ain't to soon...I feel like the New Years celebration should be based on opening day!!!!

Fishing season (whoops, we don't have to have a fishing "season" in TN), fishing "time" just began!
Turkey season opens in Spring!
Squirrel season opens in August! (Heck, I don't have time for that spring squirrel season.)
And coyote season open year round!

Not sure will even have time for the opening of bow, there's just so much more to be doing! :tu:
Actually, I do look forward to it, but it's not all there is between now and September.
