HUH?

I have seen MANY gut shot deer still be alive 15 hours after leaving them.

And a couple still be very warm 24 hours after leaving them.

I have a video of a gut shot buck being "second arrowed" after 18 hours of looking.

And of course, there was NOTHING wrong with the meat because...well...the deers heart was still pumping.
 
It was a low brisket shot, I could here the hollow "thunk" sound.. I cannot find any blood!. Getting ready to take up the search again. I can't stand to loose a deer. It's heart breaking. Concerning yotes. It was the first thing I heard when I checked the weather.
