Went by the new Costco store in Mt Juliet when they opened Thursday. Found their brand of bleach to refresh the stumps where I hunt. don't know if it's the smell or taste that they like but they are tearing it up, or maybe time of the year for supplements for their diet. Works great!

I googled it. Per google it rots the stump but there are environmental concerns and it may not be good for the deer.

If I'm not wrong, bleach when exposed to light and oxygen becomes inert after just a bit of time.

I wouldn't think it would be ....worked making bleach for many years. CL2 and NaOH don't sound good for a diet .... but heck who knows.

The CL2 flashes off don't know about the NaOH . If enough rain hits it I guess it could.
