Coolest squirrel I've ever seen...

My sister just texted me these pics from a squirrel at her house in Knoxville. Appears to be white, grey squirrel. White body with grey tail. I've seen fox squirrels with unique coloration, but never a grey!

I saw a grey in town last week with a solid blonde tail. Not near as cool as this one, but it stood out for sure.
