I'm noticing a lot of pedical damage here in Ohio. Must be a sign of intense rut!

I also glasses a very nice 8 pointer I'll try to get uploaded tomorrow

I got permission to shed hunt him! I didn't ask about actually hunting, but I'm still caught up on trying to kill a public land Boone and Crockett (which is going to be a challenge as little as I ever actually go hunting) 😂

Cool character. Looks very similar to one my wife killed a few years back. The one she killed had been quite the fighter in the prior year, shredded his antlers early on, but continued bullying other deer.

The previous year, this guy had that classic "bundle of spikes" at each pedicle. The following year, just big blade spikes.
