Pineapple and brown sugar?

Have two birds and some inner loin to put on the smoker tomorrow. Will do pecan and fudge pies tomorrow too. Pretty well everything else I will cook on Thursday.

We are cooking Thanksgiving today. 3 of us have to work Thursday. Pretty standard menu, Turkey, dressing, rice, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, and yeast rolls. I'm sure they will have pie for desert but I don't eat sweets. (I prefer my sugar fermented) ;)
