Cooking for my lady on V-Day!

Ok - I'm gonna try fishboy's recipe for coffee seared tenderloin on some deer steak! Gotta run and get some Crane Lake for the wine reduction (thanks to you guys for recommending it over on the wine thread). Can't wait to eat those roasted garlic taters!!!

Also on the menu will be garlic/parmesan bread; steamed asparagus; and maybe a mixed green salad with a homemade vinegrette as the begats aren't too fond of asparagus.

sounds great,throw them steamed asparagus into a non stick skillet with some real butter for a minute on med-high heat ,its adds a little extra something for that special day mike243
