Sorry no real world numbers but IF my life depended on me hitting a 12 ring on a 3-d target I would go with the drop away. However if my life depended on me making a 10 yd killing shot While I swung around a tree then I would go with the whisker biscuit. so there is you answer :P
 
Pro v is also a containment rest and you have better long range accuracy but the amount you will notice isn't a lot . As far as speed loss with a whisker biscuit I have measured numbers as low as 1
FPS and as high as 5 with larger vanes . .... You will never notice the difference . So the answer is shoot whichever one you feel comfortable with or want to shoot . I shoot the PRO v for a hunting rest but I would have no issues taking a biscuit to the woods either .
 
Whisker biscuit is about as simple as it gets. I shoot a Limbdriver. I think drop aways are more forgiving because the arrow has less contact with the rest when released.
 
You've got one rest that provides outside influence on the arrow after it leaves the string and one that doesn't. The whole idea behind a longer brace height is that the arrow loses contact with the bow sooner reducing the influence of hand torque and other imperfections in form. With a whisker biscuit, the arrow is influenced by the bow until the vanes clear the rest. Not the case with a drop away.

On a similar note, I wouldn't shoot through ground blind mesh either. The only thing I was the arrow touching after it leaves the string is the target - not mesh or whiskers.
