I wouldn't mind it. I don't know if anyone will want to mess with it running it or not. I could help some but don't come close to having time to do the whole thing. What happened last year is what I expected would happen. About the only way I would do it again is if I could stick with the VooDoo Mafia guys because I know they will stay with it until the end and not disappear.

I think I'm done with contests...... I'll still be hunting in the spirit of VDM. If there is a contest put together this spring, best of luck to you all.
 
will need to figure out what options we have with the new site and figure out who is willing and able to be over it. I know Griz did a great job last year but is over doing it, it is a thankless job for sure as someone always is going to complain with how its run or the rules even though it is a FREE contest lol

And here lies the problem. Seemed like everybody was gunho at the start, then just quit or decided not to participate after signing on to a team. I think only 2 of us entered birds off my team last year. If there was a way to make sure everybody is on board on the team then I'd be good. Don't really know how to do that, lol. If I get on a team this year I'd like to do it with guys that took it a little more serious, other wise theres no sense in it. I mean if you only had 5 or 6 teams, but everybody was serious and on the same page it would be a whole lot more fun. I mean people know if they're not going to put much effort in it and shouldn't join a team if they're not, jmho.

That is why if we come up with one, I'll probably only play if I can stay with the VDM. I've been on a team with most of them for years going back to old gobbler. I know they won't disappear. If we don't come up with one somehow. It's kinda going to feel funny where I've done it the last several years.

I'm out this year. It was supposed to be for fun, but people were overly critical of other people's photos last year. IMO. Made it no fun for me.
