Does anyone know if a conibear box trap is legal for use in Tennessee?

They are only legal for water sets as of last year. I seriously doubt it has changed.
I know you can sets snares and such in a den hole as long as it is at least 12 inches in, just wondering if you can say build a 3 ft long box with a conibear in the middle.
I looked in the guide and it looks like you can but are restricted to a 110 and it can't be baited or lure. That is of course if a box is considered a hole? You might be better off doing the same thing except place a foothold on either end vs the coni? Hard to beat a plain ol cubby set. Obviously not a TWRA answer, that's just how I read it.

As long as it's 12" inside then yes, has been that way as long as I can remember.
