WILL ALL THE COLD WEATHER WE HAVE HAD KILL OUT THE CLOVER?

Unlikely. It's probably just dormant. A little sustained warmth and it'll generally bounce right back.

Deer and weather have cut back the clover but the roots are fine. Before the green up put fertilizer down

I hope it's ok , I replanted 3.5 acres last fall with lime and fertilizer and it looked great before this sub zero weather. Thanks for the input.

All this single digit and sub zero weather has been tough. Also, we didn't get enough does killed this year.

I'd speculate, some time during the next 2 or 3 weeks it's going to start "greening" up. We'll have a few nice, warm sunny days, and that will do the trick.

I just put out 32lbs of Whitetail Institute "Alfa Rack" with about 10lbs of extra Imperial clover seed mixed in Saturday. This was on my main 4 acre patch of the same that had thinned out over the years. Yeah, clover and alfalfa both are wilted down bad right now from all the extreme cold but as the others said, they'll bounce back soon. The past few days have been perfect for "frost seeding" for sure. I'm anxious to see it come back nice and thick like in the past this Spring.

Mine is starting to green back up and the deer are starting to hit it again.

Yep - finished frost seeding & got fert down last week.
