Haven't heard anyone talking about the Clinch this year. Anyone catching any good ones?

A friend of my said he saw a bunch of dead trout on the banks again this year when they started spilling water over the top of the dam. Same thing happened the last time they spilled water over the top.
 
The water release has been wrong for me to go. I like going when their running two. As soon as they start running two during the day, I'll start going. All the rain this spring has killed all my river fishing.

The fishing has been good up and down the river. There is an issue with TVA working on the Weir Dam. The rain pattern has not done them any favors and it is taking awhile longer than they had planned.
 
Yes the rain issue is not helping the weir project they shut us down for 2 weeks when they had to spill hopefully we will be done In the next few weeks. On another note was out there working on it Thursday and there was an older gentleman fly fishing and man he was hammering them left and right talked to him after he got done and his total was 60
