Cleaning between shots

I was just wondering how often everyone swab their barrels when patterning different shells

Every shot even during the season between dead turkeys.

I can't pull a bore snake through my choke without forcing things. So I am unlikely to swab while patterning. Maybe after.

I do a deep clean before I pattern then use a boresnake between each shot. The way I see it is that I want a cold bore pattern because that is how I will be hunting.

I clean my shotgun once a year at season end.

Never. I clean my shot guns before dove season then before turkey season a deep clean. Never have had a problem and all of mine have a great pattern.
