Chili

Made a big crock pot full of chili the other day and I used ground buffalo meet in it. . . If you have not tried this you need to. Buffalo meat makes a good chili!

That sounds good. I would love to try it, but I'm fresh out of buffalo at the moment.

So am I, unfortunately. Used the last pack I had on that chili, but it was for sure worth it.

Buffalo is good stuff. I usually get it from...um...well, I forget the name. Some place that butchers cattle on highway 96 near Franklin. Never had the wild stuff.

The wild stuff is where its at man. You get that great pure homegrown gamey taste to it lol
