Chicken & Waffles

Did some Nashville Hot Chicken(breast) and waffles tonight.

ive never understood that combination but i imagine its good. i guess i need to try it.

Me either for the longest time. I didnt think I would like it, I didn't want to like it, but it's actually pretty good. I gotta have the heat from the chicken with the sweetness of the waffle/syrup.

i make an americanized chinese dish like on the chinese buffet. it has slice jalepenos, soy and sugar for the sauce for the chicken. so i guess it would be similar in flavor. kind of sweet, spicy and salty rolled into one.

I've never been a big fan, but my wife loves it. That does look really good though!
