Hey guys with my wife having alpha gal AND wheat allergies please share any milk/ wheat free chicken recipes y'all have!
Lemon chicken, BBQ chicken and smoked chicken is getting old on rotation.

I'm making Hawaiian chicken tonight. I use the Lawry's Hawaiian chicken marinade. I use whole chicken breast cut in half then I use a tenderizing hammer on them. I like to marinate my chicken for at least an hour. I cook them on the grill. Then I get a can of sliced pineapples throw them on the grill for just a few minutes just to brown up a little. Put a slice of pineapple on each piece of chicken. We also usually serve this with garlic pepper asparagus and twice baked potatoes. Enjoy!

Marinate boneless chicken breast in Cajun marinade. Grill sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Add a slice of pineapple, and serve. I usually do it on a bun, maybe you can find one that is not wheat.

I blacken it a lot, also do the same with shrimp. Had chicken parm tonight - delicious. Leftover meat is eaten as tacos or with some eggs

I keep no-carb tortillas at the house - always. I roll up everything and eat for lunch (100% work from home). Couple weeks ago I made chicken salad and ate on it all week for lunch as a burrito. I added franks red hot and some ranch, and I was in Heaven.

Prayers sent, I would get the acupuncture as cheap as it is instead of trying to live with it. I am a fan of chicken thighs, even boneless skinless have more flavor than breasts, marinate or just s&p then onto a hot griddle with a lite spray of oil.

No never have. Just marinate

That's the game changer for me. I would rather eat beef, but pasture raise broilers so we have an abundance.

I could never figure out the marinade thing.

I mix a gallon of water with a cup of kosher salt. I'll brine overnight unless it's a smaller cut like a wing or breast-then an hour or two is enough.

Wings in the air fryer are great and are most convenient.

we buy leg quarters and marinade overnight in a pollo asada recipe then smoke or grill. works great for tacos/quesadillas or simply shredded over a salad or you can just enjoy right off the grill.

I like to pound chicken breasts so they cook evenly then marinate in some Italian dressing and a splash of dales. I let it marinate at least a few hours before pulling it out and sprinkling a little rub on it. Grill them then let them rest on a plate when finished.
We then split romaine lettuce in half, rub olive oil on it(not too much)then sprinkle with S&P and grill it at 400 giving it a little char. Bring it inside and chop it up, adding some diced tomato(or cherry tomatoes halved), red onion, and the chicken. Fine eating.

Also like to smoke breast and thighs(or put them in croc pot with some chicken stock)then shred them, add some seasoning/sauce and slaw before serving on Hawaiian pretzel slider buns.

How reactive is she to soy sauce?

Pretty bad. Honestly I think wheat is worst then beef, pork we think is the least reactive but she wasn't much of a pork eater prior to the Apha Gal.

So in place of using soy sauce, try coconut aminos. It's a close-enough replication of soy sauce that'll hopefully open up her food variety a little bit. Before I dump some soy heavy stuff on you, check out some coconut aminos first. About the biggest difference is a slight sweetness that isn't present in soy sauce.

I need to get her to try some of the soy sauce alternatives. It's been a rough road.
She don't like fish.
No wheat.
Pretty much everything has to be Vegan to make sure there's no meat.

The had to change some of her medications.
Chicken, shrimp and vegetables.
If you really look there is some type of meat broth or seasoning in almost everything. Truly shocking.

My wife fixes this chicken thigh deal baked with mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup that is outta this world. I'll see if I can get the details.

Chiavetta's is an excellent marinade for chicken, turkey or pork. I made chicken kabobs recently that were the best I've ever had. What I did:

Poke holes throughout a couple chicken breasts, then cut into cubes. Soak in Chiavetta's a couple hours or overnight. Make your kabobs with the chicken cubes and your favorite veggies. I used whole mushrooms, green pepper, onion and tomato. Slap kabobs on the grill until done (15-20 minutes).
