Chicken Quesadillas

About once a year I make a bunch Grilled Chicken Quesadillas and freeze them. I got about 15 bucks and ~2 hrs work in about 10 meals here. They freeze great. Best warmed up in a toaster oven. Grilled chicken, Black beans, charred corn, 3 colors Bell peppers, onions, some hot peppers from my garden, lots of cheese. Great quick meal on the cheap.

Great idea ! Doesnt take much freezer space either!

I would have never thought about freezing them, that's a great idea. Do you thaw them before warming or go straight from the freezer to the oven?

I thaw them.

I should try a couple straight from the freezer though just to see if it matters much.

If you were in a hurry, I wonder if you could put them in a foil sleeve and drop them in a toaster.
