I just posted a couple pics in the general forum but does anyone actually eat the chicken of the woods (sulfur shelf) and know some good recipes? I am overwhelmed with too much of it and will be looking for people to give away/sell some of it too.
It can be used like chicken or mushrooms... seems versatile, so I will be experimenting.
