Chic is holding some good fish but I haven't seen the boats out for a tournament recently. Not saying it didn't happen, just saying I haven't seen it.
 
The same day as the Guntersville tournament that 32 lbs won. Contact Rogne Brown. I would if I knew how. They probably want to keep the info as quiet as they can. He did Chickamauga is packed with boats even now and the day the tournament was fished you could only really fish the river because of all the ice.
 
That Guntersville tourney was the Saturday before last, on Feb 1st. It was the Alabama Bass Trail and they had some sacks weighed in on Guntersville that day. Lance Walker had 25 lbs and finished 6th. 32 lbs won it as Headhunter mentioned.

Could you imagine if you had 36 lbs on Chick and get to the scales and get beat by 10 lbs?!?! One would think with that kind of weight you would be a lock to win it. Sure would love to fish it sometime. Wife's grandparents live right there in Harrison Bay.
 
It was 36lbs and it was about a month ago. Just a small dogfight out of the county park. Now fishermen have a chance to win $100,000.00 if they catch a state record largemouth in the february or march CBA tournament. Check out www.cbatournament.com

Fishing has been tough on Chick the past few weeks since the cool spell, but 30lbs won that same dogfight this past weekend with a 9+ big fish.
 
hate to say this, but I was lied to about the 46 lb bag, and I was not the only person the story was being told to, several of us standing there listening to him which included a couple of close friends. I for sure thought he was telling me the truth. Live and learn.
