Anyone hit Cherokee lake? I have my boat docked there and getting the itch for some fishing.

One fish I have never caught many of there is crappie, does Cherokee have much of a crappie population?

Yes, Cherokee has a good crappie population. It is not as well known for them as Douglas is, but there are plenty there.
