Before anyone, no matter the age, can use either the online check-in or the mobile app check-in, they have to have a TWRA profile and be in the REAL system.
If they have previously checked in an animal, bought a license, taken hunter safety, etc.,they should have a TWRA ID number and be in the system.
It they do not have a TWRA ID number and profile, the online and app system will not work for them. A checking station will do it and create the profile. You will need their date o birth and social security number.
If you contact our license Sales Div. ahead of time, they may be able to create a profile in advance of their hunt. Again, you will need their birth date and SS#.
