Checked the plots today...

We planted our plots two weeks ago. Have gotten several days of rain, and things are looking good. Here is the progression of one from winter, to before planting to now. Many of the seeds are a couple of inches tall and some are just starting to sprout. Should be good about September 6 :)

Whats in it? A plot that small could be eaten to the dirt in one night depending on area deer density and what you put there.

It has sunflower in it. And there are two others about the same size not to far away also planted in suflower.

This is our first year owning property so it is just a start. We are planning on making it larger next year.
