Cheatham WMA non-quota Bag Limit

The non-quota hunt bag limit says 1 antlerless deer. Does this mean per year or per day? Unit L is 3 per day! But this public land is just one for the whole season? Is this the way you guys understand it?
I got a doe this afternoon but it is small. Smallest I've ever killed. I want a second chance but this 1 per season thing is killing me.

This year's TWRA hunting guide says 1 antlered and 1 antlerless for the Cheatham non-quota gun. Could be a mis-print. I would call and ask.
