using my phone to help my nephew buy his fishing license when we were done I received 4 confirmation text ? 2 have a TWRA NUMBER ENDING IN 749 the other 2 end in 923 . #1 confirm ends in 645 #2 ends in 416 and says LTYPE 009 060 #3 and 4 confirm in 456 and says LTYPE 001 I received 2 matching emails with the confirmation that match text 3 and 4 and both have the attached license and on both they have the same payment authorization # are the same. so far my bank shows only 1 transaction.

My nephew is a disabled vet and has not been able to get his lifetime disabled for some reason. My son in law is 100% disabled and has applied twice without getting a response. please help

Sorry, I would have no idea what is going on. Please give the TWRA License Div. a call at (615) 781-6585. I'm betting they can explain both issues.
